JIMMIE L. JOE, JD, CPA
Mr. Joe is an attorney and a certified public accountant whose primary focus and concentration is in the areas of estate planning, trust and probate administration, estate and trust litigation, asset protection, conservatorships
and guardianships. He graduated from the University of Southern California (B.S. Acct. ’88) and Southwestern University School of Law (JD ‘94). While at the University of Southern California, he earned admittance to Beta Alpha Psi,
the National Scholastic Accounting Honors Fraternity, recognizing scholastic achievement in the study of Accounting. Upon graduation, he worked as a certified public accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick and Price Waterhouse, two of the
largest and most highly recognized international accounting firms. While in law school, he was an honored recipient of the Excellent Achievement Award in Informal Systems of Order, recognizing his achievement in earning the top
research paper in his class. Upon his graduation from law school, he worked for a well-regarded “AV” rated multi-attorney Los Angeles law firm, where he became the senior estate planning, trust and probate administration attorney
and successfully tried and won numerous estate and probate litigation cases. He later worked for another “AV” rated prominent Los Angeles multi-office law firm, where he was a litigation associate representing corporate and
governmental entities, including the Los Angeles and Santa Ana Unified School Districts. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section, a member of the San Gabriel Valley Bar Association, a
lawyer referral panel member for both the San Gabriel Valley Bar Referral’s Probate Panel and the Attorney Search Network’s Estate Planning and Probate Panels, and is a lecturer at frequent seminars on estate planning and wealth
preservation.
Ms. Shi is a legal administrative assistant with significant experience assisting clients in estate planning and business entity formation matters. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (B.S. ’95) with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration. She was licensed by the California Department of Insurance as a Life Agent (’98) authorized to promote life insurance and long term care for the elderly. As a result, she is highly experienced in
long-term life insurance and elder care issues. She also has significant experience in business and accounting related matters. She serves as a reliable client service administrator and contact to enable clients to receive the
highest quality personal attention and follow-up service. She has assisted Mr. Joe as a speaker at seminars on estate planning and wealth preservation.
